Seasoned professionals will develop a Customer Needs Analysis (CNA) before onboarding a new customer and, when appropriate to do so, allow students from Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) to work as interns on the delivery of services, with oversight and mentorship from seasoned leaders and managers.
As a customer, the fees you pay will in turn benefit students from MSI's by affording them opportunities they would not have otherwise been able to access. Stream has pledged to donate 2.5% of net revenue by year to an MSI, for the purpose of financially supporting cybersecurity students to be able to acquire critical hands-on experiential learning opportunities as well as access to recognized sector specific certifications.

Enhanced Security: With its source code available for review, a larger community of developers can identify and resolve security vulnerabilities more rapidly than in closed-source software.
Community Support: Open Source projects often have robust, active communities providing support, updates, and enhancements, facilitating continuous improvement and innovation.
No Vendor Lock-in: Users of Open Source Software are not tied to the terms and conditions of a single vendor, providing greater freedom in terms of software management and choice.
